Sure Argonians are disgusting scalies that live in the metaphorical butt hole of Tamriel, and have never done anything of real note, but at least they have a kind of sense of ugly style.
But Nords on the other hand...
They are like the Vanilla of races. Every other race has some sort of interesting story behind them, a kind of flavour. Nords are just bland.
They are humans that came from a cold place to settle another cold place and then killed the people that were already there. And then complained when other naitives attacked them. They are like Vikings mixed with Nazis, but with all the interesting bits cut out.
It might just also be the fact that I'm tired of Skyrim and all the Nord stuff it threw at me, but I digress.
Nords are the worst because they are the most boring race, and because pretty much their entire history is being *** to other people.
Argonians have never done anything or real note? During the Oblivion Crisis the daedric Invaders had to close the Oblivion gates in the Black Marsh just to keep them from attacking Oblivion. I don't even really like Argonians but you have to admit that is pretty bad***2 -

And if you read up on things, they were only ever able to do that because the hist saw it coming and fed them up on steroids and tree magic.
I mean the feat itself is certainly badass, but the argonians themselves can't really take any credit for it.
Apart from that all they have ever done is run and hide in their swamp, and then invade a country striken by natural disaster.

But the hist pretty much is equivalent of the Argonians race. Without the hist there are no Argonians, and each Argonians is an extension of the Hist. Martin Septim had to mantle Akatosh to stop the crisis in Cyrodiil, the Hist invading the Invaders lands is more impressive imo.1 -

I can say that I love me them Dark Elves. Definitely my favorite race. I like them for all the reasons that everyone here hates them for.0 -

Their ideology is bad. And Skyrim is a great example of showing what is to come when the majority of them hop on the "Altmer Master Race" bandwagon.
You are pretty wrong. Read some of the books in elder scrolls world. You will see that Altmer as it is known in ESO is very different from those in Skyrim. Rightfull rulers of Altmer people got killed by Thalmor so that Thalmor could take over, thats after ESO events. Skyrim is completely different kind of Aldmeri Dominion as it is known in Skyrim.Magicka sorcerer from start until the end. Always. Through the good times and the bad, even now when its probably saddest PvE dps it has ever been.
Even as an owner of one radiant apex mounts I am against radiant apex mounts and anything thats not obtainable by direct purchase.0 -

Just kidding. Lore-wise, I'm not too fond of high elves, though that is purely from my bad experiences with them in Skyrim.
Game wise, I think Orcs and Nords are some what lacklusters in the value they add. Khajiit's took a big hit with the crit changes and are now sub par since sustain is the flavor of the month.
And as far as aesthetics, I have the hardest time playing Argonians or Khajiit - I think it's the tail.1 -

The second place is occupied by Nord. At least in the game lots (too many imho) of Nords are shown as numbless shorttempered and annoying drunkards (I advice the ingame book "Enduring Nord Society").
I am neutral concerning Argonians, Khajit and Orcs. It's just the thing that I favor human-looking chars.
I like Imperials, Dunmer, Bretons and Redguards.
