Lightning staff back bar with wall of elements provides 18% better group dps. Torugs + infused crusher enchant helps, too. You want to slot chains for better adds stacking. Don't be a useless tank.
Each light armor sorc with taunt and shields would do your tank/dps role better. I tank DLC dungeons with my sorc. 30k dps and taunting big adds + boss with 26k shields.

Since you can buy Assualt and don't have to run a trial I'd go with that.
There is a bunch of PVP heavy armor sets that give damage buffs.
The other set from Bankorai, Seventh Legion might work well though... you take damage and get a weapon damage proc.
Ravager, deal damage get Weapon damage
Knightmare, Deal damage reduce targets damage.
Knight-Errant's Mail, one hand and shield abilities do more and heal
Dreugh King Slayer, Major brutality
Armor of Truth, When target is off balance more damage
Armor of the Veiled Heritance, deal damage get weapon damage.
Affliction, deal damage extra dieases damage
I wonder if a combo of Glorious Defender and Trava's works or if the proc chance is too low.

Xelrick✭✭✭When I'm helping/holding adds or off-bosses I sometimes throw on Thunderbug and Resilient Yokuda, as all I really need to do is block and the sets do the damage.
I stop running Ebon as a thousand health for the group doesn't help too much over other buffs I can provide, (that and the other tank always run it).
Only buff I provide in trials are Lord Warden's resistances and a damage shield for everyoneXelrick: "Do not mix chaos with madness. It will only lead to unexplored adventures."0 -
