The home inspection... has failed..

So I have been considering purchasing Pariah's Pinnacle, and as a prospective home buyer, I knew I needed to get the place inspected.
Unfortunately all the cheap people to hire were unavailable so I bought some ice floes from the crown section and started to the climb to inspect the roof for myself.
What I found was shocking! There is a HOLE IN THE ROOF!
No wonder it was SNOWING INSIDE!
So as a prospective buyer I have to ask the seller... Am I going to get a discount for this damaged roof?? Roofs are expensive!

✭✭✭✭✭I wish there was an alternative fixed version of this house. I do love the ruin, but I wouldn't want to live in there as long as there is rubble all over the place.
