How to fix crash problems

Whenever I start ESO up on my computer (Windows 7 32bit) it gets halfway through the beginning cinematic and then gives me a report that ESO has stopped working and I have tried everything to fix it but nothing works. even if I skip the beginning it goes to a loading screen and says the same thing nowhere on the internet can i find an answer to this problem my computer meets the requirements so I can't figure this out please help any advise is helpful.

    I thought the 32 Bit was no longer supported. If it still is, it probably won't be for long.

    Do you have a 64 Bit Version of Windows 7? If so, set the launcher to use the 64 Bit Client.

    If you have 32 bit Windows, best thing to try first is to disable ALL addons and see if the game will launch.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    That might be the problem then. I don't have a 64 and I tried that already. I will get a 64 and try it then . Thank you
