money on my characters have disappeared

Hi,
last night the money i had on 2 main characters have disappeared . On 1 character 100k, from the other one all of it. I was quitting some guilds and accepting new ones. I did supply the ticket, xbox 1 eu server. The question is, will it be taken seriously? Have anyone experienced something similar? thanks! Sorry for English, not my native tongue
