Dont want rubberband healing...ok...so you want a game where your damaging skills do 1% of you enemies health and he can only heal .5% health over a second...i mean that would be the goal.

I have a suggestion, go play WoW. Runnberband healing is almost non exsistent. I enjoy the reactionary combat of this game. Potion nerf goes against that. Atleast if you implement a potion nerf but not give us a massive amount ofnresources to compensate. This game is built upon SMALL resource pools and small healthpools, so that combat has a flow to it that ensures you focus on resources. If you dont make the effort to focus on you resources then you die...you nerf potions effects than youre nerfing our tools to stay alive. Duel will turn into whoever has stacked the most regen. As a result, less damage all around and less damage taken, and then you destroy anything left of damage builds in PvP. Its already getting to the point where you as a DPS are almost considered a tank if you were to go into PvE.

Of course there are some classes with awesome passive and active mitigation tools, but some classes will suffer bad with this. My magplar for example, who already has to run 2k regen and two defense sets in light armor just to survive. Burst builds are dieing, starting with magplar and DK, and soon will hit sorc, warden, and NB...when they get hit will you finally concede?

Thats not to say you cant have insane burst on a magplar...ive done it...rofl 20k dark flares are a beautiful thing. But wearing three damage stat boosting sets like a magsorc/ magblade/ magden/ anystam toon can...as a magplar? I have about have the survivability as them at the top of my game. Dont touch potions...youll eventually regret it.

Matter of fact they could increase the mount of mats we get in the world for potion making, increase the amount you craft with each batch, therefore making them more common and available to the common man to compete.
