Is the elegance set bugged?

I wanted to make a new fun build for my magDK in pvp utilizing molten armaments and the elegance set but then some people told me that the elegance set was bugged and doesn't work with molten.
So any of you know if that's true?

It works but you barely notice any difference. I have tried seeing how much my HA do with elegant + sun + skoria. Now i also have 20% in cp tree to give me a total of 80% extra dmg on heavy attacks. Dont know if it stacks like that

I was getting around 45k crit heavy attack with sharper staff. Nirnhoin would be better.

As far as good dps and rotation mag dk do good with fast pace rotation.
Wall of element
Eruption
Engulfing flames
Burning embers
Flames of oblivion
Flame lash.

Keep all those up you can pull 35k dps.

he did say for PvP use, so Wall of Elements and a "rotation" will not be top of the list for this build idea I suspect

It works perfectly with molten. Heavy inferno staff attacks are deadly in PvP, because you don't give so much attention to heavy attacks... I was hit for 15k by such mDK and at first thought wtf is this bug

I'm not sure if it's bugged or not but it does suffer from diminishing returns because of the way damage is calculated with percentage amplifications.

It's definitely for pvp, it's just a ''fun build'' I was meaning to try out, atm I'm using
2p slimecraw
5p knightslayer
3p willpower
Random nirn destro
Defending maelstrom resto
But elegance sounded nice for a heavy attack build so that's why I asked.
I could drop willpower and slimecraw to do elegance with knightslayer but I'd miss out on the 8% damage increase from slimecraw but I'd gain the elegance buff.
