Will we get a full skill reset this next big patch?

Been gone a while and with all the big changes to skills I'm not sure what the current policy is on skill resets? Do we generally get a full skill reset, just the morphs or just the specific skills that are changing refunded?
Will I have to retrain the skills that have changed?

✭✭Skill points are refunded when major changes are made to skills, either mechanically or in unlock order.
For instance in the upcoming patch with the reowork of Agony, any nightblades with the skill leveled will have those points refunded.
Abilities only need to be leveled more if they move to a higher level requirement, and thus require more EXP.
If you want a full skill reset, you can grab one in Stormhaven, Mournhold or Grahtwood for a bit of gold.Lord and Savior of the Association of Serious S***posters.

They haven't been refunded since the release of Imperial City in 2015 because so many people complained about having to do all their characters. There are so many causal players in the games , money will be a high concern if they wanna test some builds frequently , just like me .

Kinda true, but if you think about it, if it where JUST because people whined about having to respec then they'd just make it free to respec for a week, they obviously also wanted to syphon some money from the economy.
They should greatly increase the respec cost and just make it free when they do drastic changes like this.

Actually the start of Morrowind had 2 weeks of 1g respec.1 -

Yeah ever since morrowind release the cost of respeccing a point went from 100g to 50g.1 -

✭✭I rather play 10k if want to change something then having 14 builds reset with 12 of them not having changed. And for that reason I think they will not do resets any more. However they make respecs cheaper for some time if they deem it necessary. Yeah, I came back from a year+ off and ALL of my toons lost ALL specs including ALL of my mundus stones
had to do 9 respecs. Don't think anyone would argue that point. But they need to provide an alternative that makes sense, as it is, it doesn't.
1) Make it so that each toon that had significant changes to them have ONE FREE RESPEC with NO TIME LIMIT.
2) Increase the cost to 500g per skill point to respect otherwise. It's to cheap and people can just respect for every occasion, it makes it less valuable imo.0 -
