This. I must say, it's very irritating to read posts from what I presume to be players who only play eso for the pvp aspect to not realize that there are gasp, players who actually enjoy both pve/pvp.
Completely pointless stating the other morph is more powerful thus more useful for pve being as so many bosses move around and hardly sit still. What good is a more powerful stationary storm when the boss dances out of it in less than two seconds?
When was the last time any of you dedicated pvpers soloed the minotaur boss? Just how often does he sit still and for how long? Pointless to use the stationary storm, and there are tons of bosses who move around consistently just like him. This changes absolutely nothing for pvp, if you die from a zerg running 10-20 Eots right now guess what, you're still going to die from that zerg even after these changes.
Why this dev team continues trying to appease a section of their fanbase that will never be satisfied is beyond my comprehension. The same players they are trying to please will ditch eso in a heartbeat as soon as another game comes along capable of scratching that itch of dominating another human that most dedicated pvper's enjoy and seek.

Thankfully for the other morph we can go back to the "dont' stand in the red circle" comments lol. I mean really you'd have to be a bad player to stand there in a static circle and take damage for 10 seconds.
Eye of the storm allowed you to bring the circle with you. Now there's just no excuse. Really don't like nerfs personally, but I don't see Elemental Rage getting nerfed again."You must defeat me every time. I need defeat you only once"0 -

I've lost count of the number of games I have walked away from because the Devs constantly listened to PvP and ruined PvE.
I don't understand why Devs waste any efforts on trying to appease a group of players who will never be happy.
MMORPG PvP simply does not work, because unless everyone has exactly the same skills and gear there'll ALWAYS be a significant group of PvPers whining because "X needs a nerf", because in my experience many, many PvPers are just incapable of accepting that someone else may just be better than them.
