I want the fast gameplay and the faster reaction in trials and pvp back

They completely destroyed the game most of my friends just quit the game and now its hard to find good players again damm its too slow and sonetimes in vhof I get so high ping and too low fps in a high end pc its frustating cancelled my subscription probably will quit soon if changes are not made

I hope Update 17 will change the actual heavy attacks meta. It's too slow and boring.

We need more fluid combat.

I actually don't mind the heavy attacks for sustain, I don't like that heavy attacks have less punch (not logical) but over all the sustain changes towards heavy attacks are fine with me. The slow pace style is actually something I enjoy more.

I just wish we were not expected to hit 40k+ to clear content easily and bosses were not such big HP sponges.

Heavy attacks migh give a bit more resources...i can imagine why it sucks so bad in PvE to have to stop rotation for a heavy attack every cpuple of seconds. In PvP its a good idead to have to sacrifice regen for damage, needing to do more heavy attacks than before the regen nerf. Also a good counter has become more known, that blocking the heavy attack gets your opponent no regen. Somtimes though i feel like its not wuite enough. I run light armor, resto staff offbar and 72 points into tenacity, and i still feel jipped on resources

I like that it actually makes you think about what skills you are using. Rather than allowing you to just spam attacks over and over again without any consequences. It provides a more complicated and rewarding gameplay. I now have to choose between hitting one more skill attack while running out of magicka and shields or using a heavy attack to be sure I have enough magicka for insurance and survivability. Plus, just because that was the way it was before, doesn't mean that is the way it should be. "God mode" should not exist in a game like this.

I hate it, I make do but I bloody hate it. I'm fine with heavy attack builds being a think but things that require skilled rotations shouldn't be out classed by robotic DoT placements and heavy attacks. At the very least can I walk at a normal speed while charging fire, frost, bow ect ect ect

They should just make light attacks also restore resources, just abit, so that you still can make a light attack build work

The worst part about the change to sustain was they turned Redguard into the by far best choice for every Stamina build. Back before the Sustain nerfs Redguard had the best sustain but you could make any race work with any build and other races offered better damage or healing. But now Redguard is the only race that gives Stamina back irrespective of your Stamina regen stat and going with anything but Redguard means more heavy attacking or giving up weapon damage for more Stam Regen.

If they're going to nerf sustain so hard then there shouldn't be a race with a passive that circumvents what they're trying to make us all do. But I'd like to see all the armor and class regen nerfs undone so we can get back to regen being less punishing and the combat in the game actually being fun. In fact I'd be for adding back the cost reduction CP as well and just reduce the amount like with the recovery CP.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. It doesn't make much sense that a LA is doing more damage than a HA and on the other hand I am a little bit old, my reflexes are not so good so a HA rotation on my front bar it suits me just fine.
That's why I am running a stamdk with 5 Sunder and also a HA on your DW bar is not so slow anyway.

end game pvers either adapted or quit, but now we all have to use heavy attack builds and those are boring AF.

ZOS says they like fast gameplay with no cooldown on abilities. they musta been high when they stated that crap. how is heavy attacking a lot more fun and exciting? running out of resources constantly cause you butchered reduced cost and recovery in the cp tree and support sets.

not only that, performance in trials is fricken horrible because you refuse to increase performance so having good dps doesnt even matter when youre lagging and cant even get a rotation out properly

not using a heavy attack build just means a dps loss, so we all have to do it. this game, RIP
