This is what I struggle with. If re-applying curse before the second pop is good or bad.
In general I always struggle with timing on Fury/Curse on PS4 since I don't have timers(add-ons) on my screen. I feel like I would perform better on my MagSorc if I appreciated my timing on abilities.

It's a great feeling.
I played MagSorc enough to know it's strengths and weakness, but ultimately feel the class doesn't fit me like a glove. So taking my guy to the next level is not in the cards.
And that's OK, least trying was put into it.

Sheild, sheild, haunting curse, sheild, frag, sheild, frag, sheild, frag ..... ultimate. Exactly like every other Sorc,

One thing I'd suggest is to see if you can lose dark conversion. I don't see much stam-sustain in your builds, and stam is a very precious resource on a sorc.
You may find that if your mag sustain relies on dark exchange, then you WILL have situations where you just cannot use it (low on stam, or constant interrupts, or too much pressure to shields to spend the cast-time) when you need it.
I much prefer simply having enough mag sustain.
How much is enough? Well, that just takes some tweaking based on how you play (and how you play can also be impacted by your sustain)
Good luck.
Last night I have experience the low on stamina due to non-stop snares and then being unable to use dark conver, so tonight I will experiment by replacing it with Rune Prison (surprisingly this skill saved my 6 a couple of times as the inner keep door gave way and enemy came out guns blazing) and slotting Harness as I can use it in combo with Healing Ward for protection and magic returns.WuffyCerulei wrote: »In pvp, people are unpredictable. There's no way to do a rotation on them. Generally bursting them or constantly hammering them works. I will say tho, I weave a lot in pvp. It's second nature now.
My original challenge was that I went ape and just hammered the enemy by spamming Crushing Shock, Wrath until he/she is dead. This however created resource problems and with the help of everyone so far I have change my play style to try and gain more control over my attacks and defences thereby baiting my opponent to make mistakes.
Sometimes the fight is drawn out a bit longer than expected and I get whipped by him or his mates that turn up and other times the opponent’s mistake allowed me an opening to get the upper hand.
This was the case when I ran into a delve for AP Boost and not paying too much attention as I was in my faction area, only to get a jesus beam at full health. I managed to turn the tide and felt pretty good ending his life, but suspects he might have been making the same mistakes I was previously by trying to burst me down.
Snares however still a problem even with unstoppable pots as they are buggy at times and snare immunity doesn’t always work after being rooted and snared.
But of course I also found if you catch the opponent of guard in the chaos of battle then hammering definitely works.
Ps. I must confess that I have opened the door to the dark side by slotting cost increase poison to my resto staff. It works like a bomb against those Meta tanks but I feel a bit guilty for using it as was a victim to the same poison not too long ago.

And now you have an intimate knowledge how to defeat mag sorcs

Technically all classes, but yes, you'll very rarely see me say something or other needs a nerf. I've literally been-there-played-it at some point so the empathy is strong. That intimacy is very precious, me wishes other folks that play ESO would indulge in that.Crom_CCCXVI wrote: »PvP rotations are a joke.

Clearly you don't understand how elegant the Sorc plays, a quick search of all your threads shows 80% of them are complaint threads that derail into nerfing Sorc.
How bout you L2P first before posting utter non-sense.
That's why I've Pvp'ed on everything. Hell, when dueling came out I went to the best spots and grinded out duelist against good pvpers on 8 characters. It's why every time I've thought something was stupid OPi made one and tested it out to see the truth and figure it out. Sometimes things are really broken, sometimes it's just *** players
