Yes, this will NEVER happen. But I thought it'd be fun to think about.

"Fake ZOS News:

New server "Sheogorath" will be available on April 1st of 2018 for hardcore ESO community! Descriptions below:

- Servers will wipe and reset every 2 weeks, 1 month, or 3 months depending on the objectives.

- All characters will start at max CP level, skill points and given non-set CP 160 blue gears of choice.

- All players will contribute toward faction goals (yes, more than one). Goals are unannounced at first, but hints will be given throughout the cycle.

- ZOS GM (shared by different ZOS admins) will offer game-wide narratives involving current events and at times offer objective hints.

- Goals will be revealed at the end of each cycle along with detailed stat sheet of each faction, and new cycle will begin the following day.

- Each time server resets, some of actions made by players will carry over. For example assume more EP players completed faction quests and gathered ore/wood than other two factions, which also happened to be two of main objective during the cycle. EP faction gains control of entire Imperial City, gain a huge castle, and its players and NPC's gain huge bonus stats during next cycle while two other factions will temporarily be under a same alliance (i.e. unable to attack each other but can attack EP players). Additionally all zones will become PvP zones. New cycle's background story involving new DC and AD alliance against EP faction will be provided under ZOS official news section and also via ingame notice/mail.

- Unique rewards will be given to winning faction as well as top performing players from other factions. Rewards will be cosmetic and will carry over to next cycle.

- Each player will be graded based on actions performed, divided by total play time, thus measuring quality of gameplay rather than quantity. X amount of play time will be required however."
