Where are the Templates?

Hey guys, might be an easily answered question, but I don't know the answer.
Before the weekend I had access on PTS to all my characters, After downloading todays patch I have no access to them. I thought this will be fine - I can still test what I need to test on a template character...
No, I only have the option to make a new lvl 1 toon.
Is this intended? or will they be adding our character clones or template characters shortly?
The point of PTS is to Test, which I currently can not do...

about the templates: either you should have access to your normal characters as on live or you can create templates for level 1 or cp690. otherwise ZOS messed up again....0 -

✭✭✭✭To make template character first go into the Character Create screen. At the top left of the Character Creation screen there is a drop down list. Click on it. Select "Clockwork City" from the list. That will turn your new character into a CP690 template carrying all the good stuff you need for testing.
It works. It just did it myself.

✭✭Top left corner of the character creation screen you have a small thingy where its written: "None". Click on that, choose "Clockwork City" and you're good to go.@ Izaki #PCEU
