✭✭✭✭Even if they would implement jewelery crafting, you still wouldn't be able to craft this necklace because this set is not craftable. But yeah, jewelery crafting should be in this game since launch.
Also good luck with buying necro rings, they cost around 2m now on PC EU

ZOS already cant properly balance gear, and adding craftable jewelry would wreck them even more.

Just farm dolmens for purple ones and use them. You don't get better rewards from PvE for having gold jewellery.PC EU2 -
