Can i take items from pts back to regular server?

Eg can i buy gear from golden vendor on pts and take this items and use them on regular servers? Thx for answers.

    we have been given 1 billion gold on PTS right now...i would take it all back :)

    and by the way, the asylum weapons are not so much for pvp, at least not the 2h
