✭I have (sadly) come to the realization that if you find a good thing in this game, keep that s**t to yourself, otherwise it is going to get over-farmed/nerfed.
It is sad that this game breeds a sense of "better exploit the hell outta X before they get rid of it, since there will be no penalty".9 -

There are a ton of things like this, work arounds loopholes etc... That have existed for a long time. It's when the entire game population flocks to them that ZOS takes action. MCMancub✭✭✭✭It's been this way forever and is the intended behavior. There are no guards in Coldharbour. How could there be a justice system? This is the way it's "supposed" to be, at least that was the last I hear.Edited by MCMancub on May 11, 2015 1:29PM6 -
GaldorP✭✭✭✭✭The Hollow City has always been one of the best spots for alchemy plants. There used to be separate phases of it, depending on whether you had completed any quests for it yet or not. Lots of bots powerfarmed the "uncleared" phase of it (as well as all the special heavy crate containers in Craglorn that can contain 3 alchemy plants) until they were banned

Welp two years later and it's still a great place to pick up free stuff!! One of the Traders has about 9 cheese on sticks behind him. Just hit V and you can easily target them. Grab all the provisioning mats in that area then log out rinse repeat. Current market value of cheese is 8 gold so you will get 72g in cheese alone for every log in.
If you need recipes just go to your Cyrodiil gate and loot there lots of crates and barrels.

✭That’s no a bug Coldhorbor and Cyrodiil are both zones where the justice system would make no sense.
•Coldhorbor is a Daedric Plane, even the City is a piece of a different plane from Meridia‘s Colored Rooms. Why would stealing be seen as a crime there? It’s under the rule of a Daedric Prince fighting again Prince.

However its just cities and towns who has the justice system, here broken city and Cyrodil towns who are not affected. Probably some quest towns too, any town with combat in it is also not affected.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
