Yes over two years is almost Mannimarco level. Add that it uncover some posting as SantieClaws back then is also scary.

However its just cities and towns who has the justice system, here broken city and Cyrodil towns who are not affected. Probably some quest towns too, any town with combat in it is also not affected.

Yeah, I'd forgotten she didn't post in character back in the day. I honestly forget when she started.

As stated this is NOT a bug nor exploit, I am helping people by showing them where to go to get provisioning mats in a concentrated area for free.

Your toxic comments are not only inappropriate but rude. Even 4 year old posts are very relevant for today so please stop with your vitriol, you just make yourselves look childish.

I remember when I first entered the town in Cold Harbor ... it seemed so eerily awesome. Now, I'm talking about waaaay back when practically nooooo one was farming flowers there. Anyway, back then I was still in the process of trying to level up my crafting stats (I think I was focusing on leveling provisioning). Back then I just assumed you would get whacked by an NPC if caught steeling from them ... so ... I cloaked and used sneak and watched to make sure my 'sneak-eye' was closed before I looted something. I did this for about 3 weeks before I realized that you could 'loot for free' in Cold Harbor. LOL!

Folks that are fairly 'newish' to the game won't necessarily know where the free loot zones are, so I understand your reason for the post.

Khajiit has sent her apprentices shopping in Coldharbour many times.

A good place to look for very basic recipes too yes. Also the wax.

The people there are very friendly and willing to share. This one wishes all cities in Tamriel were so welcoming.

But... it has been like that since the release of the justice system? Cyrodiil and Coldharbour has always been beyond the justice of Tamriel, one being due to the onging three banner war, and the other because its a -literal- daedric realm.
