Way of fire proc nerfed?

Real quick, I've seen the changes to viper, red mountain and some other proc sets. I don't remember seeing way of fire nerfed. What's up with that? Is the damage just so low that nobody cares? Or did I miss the nerf notes?

    Viper is guaranteed 6k damage every 4 seconds. Way of fire is 20% chance for 4k damage every 2 seconds.

    @Royaji I mean, in ideal situations, way of fire could smack for 8k over 4 seconds. 20% is pretty high proc chance. I'm starting to get ideas for sheer venom with way of fire. heavy 2h/bow build. maybe stam sorc or stamblade?

    Mine will be blooddrinkers and way of fire with 1 infused 1 charged both axes. Stam Sorc.

    It's far to weak to warrant a nerf. CD's on armor set bonuses make them utterly useless.
