Irmagerd...this complaint is still a thing? Go out and get all the other hundreds of skill points it's possible to get in the game and when the only one you don't have is that one, come back and whine about how you need it to make your life complete.
Can you NOT READ! Completionists desire this point even if we don't need it... dam
Can YOU not read? Do you have all other skill points except this one?
Dude, If you bothered to read my first comment in my thread i have 340 skillpoints with 12 unused, I want this skill point to COLLECT it, not to use... do you know what a completionist is?
There are currently 560 skill points necessary to fill all skills and passives.
There are 93 skills a char can learn (vamp & wolf both counted, only one class skill line).
There are 374 points necessary to complete all passives (147 points for crafting).

It's one skill point. Get over it
Its just one skill point, its not really that big of a deal imo
Whether it's one skill point or one hundred is not the issue. Consistency across characters is the issue. This is bloody stupid, there is far more imporant things for zos to do in eso right now, its just a single skillpoint.

see what I mean? as I said the idc crowd is coming and is going to flame this thread. they will say zos has more important things to do and then from there they will say one skill point wont make a difference when you have 300plus skillpoints when they don't understand that completionism is a playstyle that exists weither they care about it or not

thwy do have more important things to worry about.

That's cool, except for the other 95% of the people that do care. No one is "relying" on this skill point, it is a quality of life thing. Why drive when you could walk? The big issue lies within the perfectionist and completionist players. How would you feel if you had every single skill point in the game unlocked, except this one? All due to incompetence... This was reported on the PTS by several people, and ignored.

93% of the people who vote care, buddy... You know what they should worry about? Listening to the PTS feedback... It would have been nice if they listened to the countless people that complained about it during the PTS period. People don't just give feedback because it makes them feel good, we do it so the bugs get fixed. They disregard a massive amount of things they are completely aware about every PTS... Back when orsinium came out gil reported in the PTS how carnage was broken and not working... They acknowledged it on these forums, and didn't fix it until the next patch 6 months later. You know how messed up it was having your main toon a khajiit without the only decent passive working? Back when race change was not allowed either...

The poll did not ask if people care. The poll asked if people wanted something for free. Let's try a poll asking people how important that skill point is, or even how many unallocated skill points they currently have across their characters. You know what they should worry about? I would just be happy if they would address bugs faster, even if they never did anything with PTS again. I'd be happier if they had a better process in place to catch bugs before release.
Dude you need to go outside take a breather. One skillpoint will not let you suddenly access every skill in the game. It really does not impact the game in any meaningful way to have one less skillpoint on a toon when there are literally hundreds of them.
If the new toons are double dipping Morrowind and Coldharbor tutorials, just scrap the skillpoint quest rewards and leave them with the level-up points only.
Right. If you own Morrowind and skip the tutorial you get a skill point, and then you'd get another one for that quest too, leaving players with new Morrowind characters still one point ahead of some of the others.problem is if you own morrowind and skip the tutorial you still get the skillpointMasterSpatula wrote: »The alternative quest that sends you to investigate Firemoth Island ought to award a Skill Point. @aliyavana Looks like we may need to test this again... maybe they fixed it without telling us? If they have fixed that still leaves a bunch of characters with one extra skill point though...I completed both tutorials and my warden character did not get another skill point for the wailing prison. So, how exactly do Morrowind characters have more skill points?
