Stealth/Detection Radius Stacking

Do the following all stack or is there a hard limit?

Nightshade Set: 3 piece bonus: Decrease Detection radius by 2 meters, decrease sneak cost by 24%
Nightsilence Set: 5 piece bonus: Ignore Movement Speed penalty while Stealthing
Medium Armor Passive ( 7pieces) : Improved Sneak- reduce cost of sneaking by 49% & reduce detection area by 35%
Khajit Racial passive: Stealthy (3/3): Reduce detection radius by 3 meters.

So this should equal:

Detection radius reduction of 2 meters + 3 meters + 35%
No Stealth movement penalty
Stealth cost reduction of 73%

What would the end result be for detection radius of those 3 if they stack?

    They do stack. I've run a stealth stamblade. I'm not sure what the final,detect radius is...it might be that 1 meter is the minimum. He can be sitting right next to an npc, though. And his sneak never drains his stamina.

    I run the same setup except with a Bosmer and I use Night Terror 3 piece jewelry, and yes I can confirm that it does stack, because I can literally sneak by a guard just a few paces away.

    As a stealth character coupled with TG and DB this is most optimal and fun setup to play with. Both TG and DB daily trials have become so much more easier and rewarding with Night Silence (crafted) + Night Terror (looted) + Concealed Weapon (22% faster after no penalty, like a brisk walk LOL :D )

    If I swap out Night Silence with Night Mother's Embrace then I become literally undetectable unless I walk right into the NPC's face, but I enjoy stealth running more though. ;)

    I tried stacking some sneak-enhancing gear and it doesn't seem to work in the slightest.
    I got 5 pieces of Night Mother and 3 pieces of Night Terror jewellry, and I still can't sneak past anything in dungeons. Whenever I get within like 4 metres radius of mobs, they instantly attack me.
    What am I doing wrong?

    P.S. Not a Khajiit.
