Here is a thread that might help

I use ebon, bs and I actually run dragonguard on my back bar with warhorn there, for the cost reduction and a master sword on the front, this set up will be even better next patch, when I can actually enchant the master sword with a crusher.
You do understand you're going to lose your current front bar shield in the process, right? It's going to be a 2pc set to get the heal buff, though the extra mitigation will be nice.Lightspeedflashb14_ESO wrote: »@RT_Frank why no mention of ebon? While Ebon is nice, it shouldn't always be required, as 1k health shouldn't be resulting in multiple deaths in most situations. Wear a set that benefits the situation. In circumstances where you are with your group there are group buffing sets. In situations where you are alone (certain fights where you have to provide your own support), there are more selfish sets that equally benefit the circumstance.

Would like to know if werewolf hide or potentates/master/asylum/vma sword and board would be a better replacement for tavas
@Liofa I agree but my question was a reiteration of my unanswered question about my build, that will already use dragonguard and BS, if werewolf hide or potentates (with the sword and board sets) can replace tavas. My current build uses tavas along with dragon and BS and I'm asking which combo can best replace tavas for a more efficient tank

Ah sorry for misunderstanding . I think this setup would be best : http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Special:EsoBuildData?id=28925
Just a quick theorycrafting . Looks better than most I would say if you are not planning to use Ebon .
Note : It doesn't show there but it actually reduces Warhorn cost to 192 or 193 when switched to back bar .
Buffs : Tri-Stat food , Vampire , Major Ward and Major Resolve , Lord Mundus . No Warhorn applied . Pretty good stats I think .

Thanks for the post! This is an interesting build where you switch to potentates for warhorn but get hit while on werewolf hide.
I noticed that this build removes bloodspawn in order to make room for the potentates. Is this because potentates gives more warhorn than bloodspawn? (even tho BS has an rng component so it's rate can vary)
