ESO on STEAM - PTS NO GO!

I bought eso through steam, I wanted to try to use the PTS server (Yes I enabled it, its updated), but doesn't work. The drop down menu at the top left does not appear on a new toon I made. Is there a fix.

✭✭✭✭✭It looks like it has nothing to do with Steam.
You already have 8 characters. You must either delete some, or buy extra character slots from the crown store (you have plenty of free "fake" crowns on PTS so you can do that no problem).
Once you have character slots available, you will be able to create one - and the drop down menu for template characters will appear.

What dropdown are you expecting? This looks like the character selection always looks.
If you want to know how to create a template character, there is a dropdown in the upper left corner of the screen in the character creation. You cannot change this on an already created character.Edited by feyii on October 4, 2017 7:55AM2 -

Because steam has them in one spot. Im not much of an desktop icon person. The icons clutter and take away from my awsome background. ..
