We can complain about how some are useless, but what good is that?

Well if we complain they might nerf them? I mean that's the goal right? Something is bad so we should make it worse?

My Suggestions for the Asylum Destro Staff, bow, and Resto Staff:
    Concentrated Force:
    Non-perfected:
Force Shock will now detonate for additional damage against enemies with a status effect. Dealing [x] damage of the element type per elemental status effect.

    Concentrated Force:
    Perfected:
Force Shock will now detonate for additional damage against enemies with a status effect. Dealing [x] damage of the element type per elemental status effect in a 3m radius, and will always apply the status effect of the staff type.

    Piercing Spray:
    Non-perfected:
Arrow Spray ignores the Physical Resistances of a target.

    Piercing Spray:
    Perfected:
Arrow Spray ignores the Physical Resistances of a target. And when you deal damage with Arrow Spray, you cause enemies hit to take 50% more damage from the direct damage portion of your next Snipe, Scatter Shot, or Poison Arrow used within 5 seconds.

    Timeless Blessing:
    Non-perfected:
Regeneration on allies will now refresh itself every 5s as long as your ally is withing [x]m of you.

    Timeless Blessing:

Regeneration on allies will now refresh itself every 5s as long as your ally is withing [x]m of you.
When you cast Blessing of Protection, the cost of your next Grand Healing, Regeneration, or Steadfast Ward used within 5 seconds is reduced by 50%.

    Asylum Bow.
Each stack of Hawkeye has a 3% chance to cause the target bleed for 6 seconds. At 5 stacks of Hawkeye Landing a Snipe on the target increases critical chance against that target by 50%.

    Or

Reduces the cost and increases the damage of Arrow Spray and Morphs by 30%.

I would rather them completely revert the changes on the asylum destro, but if they absolutely have to go through with it how about instead of 2 FP for perfected and 3 for non perfect instead maybe something like perfect has a 75% chance to apply burning/chilled/concussed and non perfect like 50% or something like that.

Fantastic insight, but what are your ideas then? Or are ya just gonna complain?

Why are they terrible? What could be changed, improved?

I like the destro, but I think it could potentially be OP. Depends very much on the scaling of that explosion.

The problem with Arrow Spray is the cost is too much compared to the gain. Beyond that, you just don't have time to use Arrow Spray between Snipes and still apply DoTs.

I really like the resto idea, doesn't look too strong but definitely saves time casting. One caveat is that there would need to be a special animation added so you could clearly tell who has regeneration up and who doesn't.

I didn't complain. I gave you feedback for your ideas. They should have just increased the cooldown for the staff, bows are in a terrible spot so that whole weapon line needs a rework, and for the resto staff They should have made it so regeneration and its morphs spread to other allies after 5 seconds of being cast and increases it's amount healed by 10% every 5 seconds of it ticking.

The scaling would just be a flat number to make it easy to balance. What that number should be though, is a tough question.

On Arrow Spray, I can't say I've used it too much so that was just my thoughts on it. In this case it's more about making arrow spray a great AoE, for the perfected variant the bonus damage is just icing on the cake.

Yeah, def would need some visible clarity.

Basically what I mean is, depending on build you have maybe 3-4 seconds between dot application to use Snipe or another direct damage skill. You can get maybe 3 Snipes in but 2 Arrow Sprays and two snipes is too much, you will get behind on DoTs.

So what you left with is Arrow Spray>Snipe>Arrow Spray, but Snipe hits for more than double Arrow Spray on average, and groups are going to come close to full penetration or fully penetrate. At which point Arrow Spray is only good for adds, and you will want to just use Snipe 3 times not swap in Arrow Spray.

Right, ya did give feedback, though it wasn't constructive (read my previous reply, I edited it).

Though you do bring up some interesting ideas with the feedback you now provide.

In terms of the Dstaff, yeah, that could suffice, though it'd need to be somewhere around 8 seconds. In that regard it just makes Force Shock an ability to add in rotation, but not to use as a spammable.

Bows? Yeah, I agree there. I really think they need to take it and pull it apart into a short-bow/longbow kinda thing.

I don't heal, so for the resto, I'll take your word that that would be better.

Feel like other than the destro and the 2h one, other four are quite uninspiring and downright boring. Tho knowing Zos a full rework is really unlikely and best we can hope is for some buffing to make them at least viable.

I mean, yeah. The way I was looking at it is that this weapon would be good for add phases and you'd swap out a better weapon for ST when hitting up a boss. Not making arrow Spray as good as snipe for a ST parse.

I agree, you can forget about a complete rework, although changing the destro from 1 FP to 2 FP to activate surprised me a little. I figured they were just going to increase the cool down...

Realistically it would be better if they just made the bonuses like Minor Slayer so they only work in dungeons and trials so the PvP crowd would leave them alone and stop whining about them.
