Should We Have the Ability to Change Skills and Attributes in PVP

I was running with my group earlier and we needed another magica DPS, I was happy to change but didn't want to leave cyrodiil because of the queue. I was wondering if we could get the skill and attribute stones in home gates bases to make switching a lot easier. Just a quality to life for the small pvp community.

✭Would also be nice if they made a way to obtain the respec scrolls through gameplay, or just for purchase for 20k or so... (20k a scroll is actually more than you'd ever pay at a shrine with the current max skillpoints, so... would be a good gold sink and add portability to repecs). I know paying at the shrine is the same functionality - but a scroll is a consumable you can use at any time, anywhere - Cyrodiil included. I know I would pay extra gold for the portability factor.
Even as a PVE'r, I hate travelling to Deshaan to respec. It's annoying and often a waste of time going through 2 loading screens.
