I submitted a bug report through support on August 23 and have "updated" with additional responses in the hopes someone will respond to my support request. I have also posted, as well as others have, back on August 23, under "Bug Reports" on the forum and still no response.

I am not the only one having this issue with the Dwarven Boiler, Central that was purchased several months ago in the large pipes package, for a great deal of Crowns. The boiler was just fine until Horns of the Reach came out and now the textures are missing.
Hubby and I plan on purchasing The Observatory Prior when Clockwork City comes out and we would like to use these pipes in the house.

✭✭They also made changes to the dwemer fountain that was offered by the luxury vendor at the same time, though I don't have the before and after pics. The new version is very dark compared to how it used to be.love is love1 -

✭Heh, expect it fixed no sooner than Clockwork City... but probably after. They broke Lantern of Anguish with the Morrowind update, and it wasn't until Horns of the Reach they actually fixed it. They don't care enough about their product to fix things that people actually paid real money for, in a timely manor."You must defeat me every time. I need defeat you only once"1 -

I don't know but I hope this gets seen and fixed in time for Clockwork City. Would love to use the boilers for that.

Agreed! I have that whole pipes and mechanism set, that I paid cash for, setting in a storage house because I removed the set from my cavern after this boiler glitch. I would very much like to put the set in my Clockwork City house when it comes out and I purchase it. I've spoken to my husband and several friends, who have all submitted bug reports, that have not even received one response from support on this issue. SMH.0 -

Yes, just hopped on the PTS and it seems to be fixed there, hope it carries over to live.
Still it would have been nice for ZOS to have responded to the numerous bug reports and forum posts and not rely on someone who discovered the fix on the PTS to inform others of this fix. My initial support email was dated August 23, and to not receive a response for over five weeks (and still waiting), is poor customer service. Even Amazon responds quicker to product defects or failure and offers solutions in a timely manner and they serve millions of customers a day. Just my opinion. Yea I get a little salty when it comes to spending my hard earned money.0
