This guys signature says not to trust anything he says. So while I agree with him, I don't trust that is his emotion.

It is a conundrum, especially when we consider the following:

1 - Is the author of my signature a reliable narrator?

2 - If I wrote my signature, and I am telling you not to believe anything I say, then how could you believe or not believe what I am saying?

As the wise and fashionable Cat once said: "If he's you and you're him, and you're him and he's you, am I still me? Who's eatin' this chicken!?"

Can visitors in your house use her? I have never visited one in someones house that works.

Perhaps, @Tasear but why would anyone want to is the deeper question from which can be extracted a hidden flower representing the whole universe. Once Pirharri can launder... it is at this moment that illumination shall be delivered to all consciousness throughout all known realms, from Nirn to Earth-of-the-Here-and-Now.

Now, be a doll and pass me that slice of cheese.

This one is great. Yes they can....after they have the achievement that gives them their own Pirhanni the Smuggler. DOH!

I put her in a cage in my house. I'll let her out when she stops being so greedy.

35% fee can be mitigated to 25% with the haggling passive from Thieve's Guild but still...EXPENSIVE. And like (almost) everyone else I wish she could do my laundry, er launder my sundries, damn, I mean launder my 'borrowed' items.

Except, it doesn't work like that, because you'd still get the +10% from Haggling if you went to an actual Fence. So, even though you're only down 25% of the list price, you're still down (roughly) 35% of (the base price) from what you'd get if you sold it to a fence. (Strictly speaking, you're down 32% of what you'd be making if you sold it to a fence.)

Pirharri the Smuggler sucks for 2 reasons....no laundering and a stupid high cut of the profit.
    That's a stupid high cut.

Not entirely, the achievement is required.

I finally removed her from our Guild Hall. Made room for another "Special Item", since we are limited to 10 only out of 700 items in Mansions. Boooooo!!!!
Besides, no one wants to or ever does use her......
Just like Banker or Merchant need to do more, so does the Smuggler.

That's not a bad idea actually. Heck I'd even go as far as to let her have 50% cut if the limit was lifted. Give her all the white junk and save the good stuff for the real fences.

She's useless, I've never sold anything to her. I use her to make my house look busier, and to occasionally check how far into my fence limit I am. Like someone else said; I could overlook the 35% if she let you fence over your fence limit.

Well, I finally started using her. I found out the selling limit resets at 11pm (est) or 8pm for me on the west coast. So if 7:50p hits and I know I'm nowhere near my limit, then I steal from any container in site. On autoloot you can steal 50 items in a heartbeat, you do have a chance at high dollar/useful items and the mad rush is kind of fun. Even with the 35%, it's a very quick bit of gold with no load times and you can go right back to what you were doing. If you grab a few blue items, it's still better than not getting it, but you can also hold on to those and sell later.

Another option is holding on to the stackable white stolen goods that you get in thieves troves. Normal I just destroy them, because fencing them could prevent me from cashing in on green and blue goods. Knowing the reset time, I now wait to see if I am under the limit and fence from anywhere in the game at the last second. I'm probably out farming and there is no point in going to a fence to cash in on something like 1.6k in gold, but there's also no point in not getting 1k that I can get from anywhere in the game.
