Observatory Glitch

As of last night for me, attempting to enter the room on the entrance floor is blocked off by an invisable wall, and when gone down to the bottom level is blocked by an invisable wall right at the lift. Going down by the exterior, the bottom level has another invisable wall (ramp this time) at the entrance to that room. Anyone else experience this?
