5 classes is enough for ESO in my opinion, they along with all the other skill lines provide a huge number of viable end-game builds.

Add a 4th skill line or 3rd morph or new weapon skill lines. Or new guild skill lines. Or a 6th skill slot.

Balance out all the existing skills/morphs so that more of them are equally useful (even if only situationally) .

Necromancy should be a skill line like dark brotherhood or thieves guild rather than an actual class. Include passives that provide bonus resource from nearby corpses and temporary summon powers like the wardens animal line.

Daedra or dramora aren't lore friendly for conversion of existing characters. A guild bases skill line based on choice of a faction in the daedra princes war like a guild skill line would be more practicable.

The Daedra are not a class. They are, rather, a group of beings who predate mortality. They are the servants of their Daedric Princes. They are hunters to our prey-like races. Some would falsely describe the Daedra as a race; this is also inaccurate. They are far beyond the fragile and mortal races of Nirn. This isn't even pointing out the fact that "Daedra" (meaning not our ancestors) is a broad term that encompasses everything from the smallest Daedrat to the largest Ogrim. How could one deflate and juxtapose this term to the diminutive stature of a class? How could one think it reasonable to play as a mindless Clannfear or an unintelligent scamp? These are the very things sorcerers summon! Yes, some (such as the Dremora) have personal aims, but these aims are far too foreign to be understood by us. It would be impossible to properly implement such a system into the game, not to mention the fact that the vestige plot would be entirely incompatible.

As for the choices given. Necromancer would be cool and is actually most likely the next one to be added if another is.

I would love to have necromancer type of character, it seems like a lot of the faction quests or at least quest in each of the zones had to do with ancestors and their spirits in some way.

I know not a class but be nice to see a 1 hand/ spell class skill line or perhaps just a spell slinging class line using both hands for casting attack spells.

but really necromancer/shaman type class seems like pretty much what they have left for a class that could stand on it's own. the other four classes kind of take stuff from different areas that kind of leave out different types of classes with out class skill lines clashing or being redundant to other class skill lines.

sadly these forums are pretty close minded about anything new, they fear change, and new stuff. Pretty negative forum, but necromancer is not going outside of ESO lore matter fact lots of that stuff in ESO and in game. having a new class back to back years is perfectly fine and makes sense.

Rynth, completely agree. I made a similar point. Its funny that tes became popular with so many classes and weapons (especially older versions) and ended with such limited choices.

Forums often remind me of my 7th grade class. I could buy all of them a cake and they would ***. one group would complain its not chocolate, the other would whine they only eat cake in wedges and never eat pieces in squares, and someone complains that each slice isnt exactly the same and balanced down to the last sprinkle. I offer to get them cookies instead and they say forget it, I would only mess it up

I think I'd rather see the Monk Class before Necromancer though.

I would love to have a necormancer class and would play it in a heart beat. Sorc has always been my one and only.. until necro comes along. This is the only way I would not mind rerolling a brand new character.

I wouldn't like to have pets though..

I imagine my necro teleporting in a black fog for mobility (similar to the winged titan things you fight in ic).

Summoning skeleton hands scratching from the underworld below enemies' feet, maybe have a morph where the hands grab ankles, rooting them.

Another ability I thought about is a form of possession to increase spell damage. Have some sort of deep chanting audio emitting from a spirit inside your character while active and a visual for those who play without volume. I'd thought the chants would be a cool effect.

I also imagine one of the dps abilities as being able to summon a dark spirit that hovers over your opponents shoulders that decreases their damage done (due to the fear). And another morph that could be damage over time or a one time hit of damage that you just reapply.

And please don't forget to give necros a thick wall of dark black/blue smoke to engulf our enemies with... like Mannimarco did to the pact guy in the cinematic trailer! It's my favorite scene. 22:33

What everyone wanted warden to be an not some plebby treetard.

Featuring:

Raise dead: Skeletons, *** colossus's, spoopy ghosts, the whole deal.

Corruption: Ever wanted to purple someone right to death? To hentai the *** out of them with vines? To peck them to their doom with possessed crows? Now get the reachman, "Purple possession package" today!

Cold death: Freeze ***, be what the warden failed, idk. Probably gonna have to split and flesh out purple cursy stuff and
reach nature tbh. Warden already killed ice.

We need a new weapon skill line before a new class.

For me, I would like them in this order.

1.UNARMED - Always been a part of TES lore.
2. One hand and Rune, because, spellsword.
3. Spears
4. Possibly Crossbows

There is a command that you can type into chat (can't remember what exactly) but what it does it gets the name of a specified class, and if you tell it to get the 6th class, it returns Battlemage.

If they ever add a new playable race to Elder Scrolls, I'll eat my hat. I doubt they will add Necromancer because it's forbidden or highly frowned upon in Tamriel, especially in Hammerfall.
