Considering that snipe would be a slam skill ok bow and it couldn't proc itself the idea really wouldn't work except with a warden since they have a ranged stam slam skill.

The way it was mentioned in the OP Endless Hail would have a chance to proc it every .5 seconds, along with Caltrops every second. You also would have to go full ranged so Rending Slashes, Rearming Trap and Flurry would also have chances to proc it. Depending on how high of a proc chance it would have it could be disgustingly OP.

I'm just excited about the master (asylum) bow from the Clockwork trial. After acid spray snipe gets 50% more damage for five seconds? 22k snipes, here I come! (Assuming I can figure out how to fit acid spray into the rotation).

The other issue is who wants to acid spray then wait for a snipe. Plus acid spray does not,have the range snipe does. ..I just don't see it working

First off, due to the way Snipe handles functionally, you can just Snipe then immediately cast Acid Spray. You do have to be relatively close though, because the Acid Spray needs to hit the target. Its something like 15m.
Secondly I included above parses showing its a flat loss compared to any other setup. Hopefully it gets adjusted somehow, currently the only benefit would be to try and Snipe>Acid spray other player in PVP. Which isn't very realistic or reliable, you will expend tons of stam on something that very likely wont hit the target. If it does happen to hit, it should be decently strong.
