@ZOS_GinaBruno Could we get a comment on this house? It was a tease on the Update 15 PTS that we couldn't look at. I know many people (and myself) are very interested in it and think it might be crown only and thus are kinda on the fence for spending crowns on other stuff if this is coming soon...

True, but it has been desired since housing was released and now they are releasing DLC housing first.
It is far past time they gave us at least a release date for this house, and it better not be a limited time only purchase or I'll vote no by keeping my wallet closed!
Limited time offers for digital only items are the dumbest thing to be added to this game. They can eat the house data for all I care if it is limited time. I've never bought a limited time stupid expensive house and I am not going to start with that one either.1 -
VolwahlSoul ShrivenAs previously stated, yeah it came from data mining but that doesn't change how much some players have been hoping for a Coldharbour house. Since Housing was introduced this is what I've been hoping for. And while I understand why ZOS is reluctant to comment on data mined info, it would be appreciated. I suppose we'll see if it is a part of the October Showcase (which will come out next Monday I assume). Personally I've been keeping quite a hoard of Crowns just so I'll be ready for this House if/when it becomes available. Just getting acknowledgment of whether this house will exist anytime soon or not would be a huge favor.0

It isn't just datamined. The daedric portal that acts as the entrance to the surreal estate has already been added to the live servers. It exists in the Hollow City.
I too am looking forward to its release very much.

I am hoping it will be the normal manor price of 14k-15k. I also have a feeling this one won't be for gold and will be limited
I think it's very strange that we have the portal already but have yet to view the actual home on PTS.

I hadn't even seen the datamine of this when I found the house on my compass in Hollow City during the Update 15 PTS. I kept expecting it to be opened to us to test during that PTS and then it wasn't...
I heard about the datamine after that, but it didnt' really tell me anything new lol.
The worldbuilding for the portal/path to portal was laid out in Update 15 (and came onto Live), but the house icon on the compass (with the name Coldharbour Surreal Estate) is no longer on PTS.
I just want to know a bit more about it if possible because I originally thought it would be tested in Update 15 (and then as others have said, be a crown thing for limited time possibly around Halloween), but since we haven't tested it yet, that seems unlikely.
With two new interesting manors currently on PTS it does become a conundrum for players with limited crowns. If things weren't time limited it wouldn't be such an issue, could just wait to purchase until more crowns could be acquired, but with limited time offerings it gets really chancy...2 -

on live, its been there since HoTR, its where my character is on this map.

Same here, since it'll most likely be a limited time offer I'm reluctant to use any of my Crowns until we know more. Especially since the Coldharbour house will probably be up there in price. It's a bummer cause I was really looking forward to the new Crown Crates on Thursday, but I'll have to hold off until more info becomes available about this. All I can be optimistic about is when the October Showcase comes around this will be apart of it. Still though, the House not showing up on any PTS makes us have no idea what to expect. If we at least knew it was a Manor-level home we could prepare for the high price tag.
