By a simple reason - most of the problems you describe are not happening where most of us are playing - they do not have these issues and so they do not complain about those issues, they do not have - but about those, they have an issue with.2 -

Domino44G✭✭Here we are, more than a year later, and I'm thinking of all the "wise and patient" comments from the people who said things like "give it a month and it will calm down" crap and, funny, tell that to the obliterated population of Ald'ruhn. I'm just trying to do the main quest there and, when I ride in, almost every NPC is dead. Here is this little &$@%# sneaking around, trying to wipe out everyone there. Rules or no rules, I have no respect for people running around doing this.
I don't care what the DB achievement is, domino killing like this is just a noobs way of leveling. Go after the hard targets? Of course not! That's to hard... these &@$#% want it easy because a challenge and role playing is for suckers. Yeh, sure... whatever makes them feel better about their $&@# skills. Remember when you murder fantasy $&@%# post a response, I don't care, having no respect for how you play does that...
ZOS, this needs to stop! Return skill back to this and make these $&@%%# work for the kill by removing the drops from the majority of town and city NPCs!3 -

I agree! All this achievement and motif hunting takes away from the sport of murdering for the hell of it when an NPC looks at you the wrong way.
