I have purchased the Digital Imperial Edition back in April 2014 and played for a few months. After a long break I'd like to look into ESO again. Unfortunately the installer which I've downloaded on this site under my account settings terminates with the message that "Another copy of the launcher is already running and has to be closed first". Needless to say, this is wrong, no other launcher instance is running when this happens. Of course I've tried restarting Windows, but no change.
I'm using Windows 10 Professional, any ideas?

Tintifax✭Ok, solved. I missed that after getting the error about the other copy running I can already start the launcher manually. Downloading now...0
