Its probably a bug, the other purposeful buffs are problems, if we see this on natch potes, then riot.
Kinda remind of dragonknights. They best permablockers yet they best counters to permablockers.
Now asylum staffs best weapon for sorcs/nbs who shielding while also being those who is immune to it.
Probably bug tho since even old bug from U15 regarding enchants vs blockers still not fixed on pts.

That's the thing lol. In PvE, a Warden uses Screaming Cliff Racer for spammable DPS.
If anything they have become comparatively worse to their Magicka Sorc/NB/Templar competition this patch for DPS, which is now a recurring theme since this also happened from Morrowind to HotR.
In PvP you will see increased burst from Magicka Wardens who use Deep Fissure -> Screaming Cliff Racer -> Crushing Shock

Yup. All effects last 4 seconds and you'll be able to keep up these effects every 4-5 seconds if you are perfect. What will actually happen is far less uptime since you need to cast all of your other stuff to survive ofc. I imagine you'll activate Crushing Shock and gain these status effects when you actually want to deal your burst damage though
The procced status effects are:
- Burning, which ticks as soon as it activates, at 2 seconds , and at 4 seconds (3 ticks). Flame Damage DoT.
- Concussed, which mainly applies Minor Vulnerability (8% increased damage taken), and Off-balance if Blockade of Storms ticks on them (might be worth it investing the 75 Thaumaturge CP for Exploiter passive aka 10% damage vs Off-Balance targets)
- Chilled, which mainly applies Minor Maim (15% less damage dealt)
These status effects will be reliable enough to have them when you need them. Get the Normal mode version of the Asylum Staff cause it's literally the same thing with a 1sec greater cooldown and significantly easier to acquire.

Does the problem only apply to shield-stackers - or does it happen with single-shields too?
