Any good advice for power leveling

I've been through the main quest about 3 times. At this time, I am disinterested in doing it again.

What advice do you guys / girls have regarding fastest leveling and getting enough skill points together without doing some soul shattering activity like Alikir's dolmen grinding.

Obviously will need to do dungeons for Undaunted, right? Maybe I *have* to do dolmens and go to Coldharbour to get Fighter's guild up? One of my guild mates told me that all the lore books are in Cyrodiil?

Any advice helpful.

Fastest way to level a useful character (110 to 120 skill points minimum):

    1. Collect all the Skyshards in the zone. Avoid any and all quests other than those that show up in the delves that have skyshards. These quests do not give set items for rewards so no loss there.
    2. IFarm the dolmens a few times to get set jewelry that helped my character
    3. Do the Public Dungeon including all the bosses
    4. Then I would move to the next zone.

In doing this, I could fully gear up my character with level appropriate stuff, and it was helpful gear. May not have been the best, but you don't need the best while leveling. Any gear I farmed from Dolmens or PD's is repeatable, so I can get it at CP160 by just repeating. Then, I had all the content quests left for me once I reached CP160 as those can give you sweet Set Drops in good traits you want. And, Quest Experience is huge for gaining CPs once your past CP160. Kind of a waste before that.

In about 8 zones, I would be fully leveled in Mages, Fighters, Class, 3 Armors and Weapon Skills. Leaving only Undaunted to level, although I would get to almost 3 in that from Dungeon Achievements.

This will get you to about 104 skill points. So do a few more Public Dungeon Group events or some Group Dungeons and your set.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Power level it to 50, then collect skill points after imo.

Full training gear, group of 2, scroll. either skyreach or vivec antlers.

Thanks guys, that's sort of what I was thinking - I was just hoping and praying to ESOGeezuz that there was an easier way.

How did you fully level Mage's guild in 8 zones? Enough books in 8 zones?

    Pretty close to enough.

The way it works is if you read all the books in say Auridon, then a good chunk of what there is to read in Glenumbra and Stonefalls will also be done as they overlap. So, the trick is to concentrate on the 5 zones in your alliance first, then go to the other zones.

I went from 1 to 50 over 4 days without grinding. I had full training gears except weapons but no exp scroll or items were used. Right out of tutorial I began knocking out public dungeons and did the dailies. Did some delves, one WB, maybe three Dolmens, and picked up few shards that were in the path but mostly focused on public dungeons. By the time I finished all that plus main story quest I was 49. Knocked out a few delves and I was 50.

I have a toon right now that got up to 40, doing the main quest, picking up sky shards and books along the way. It was just becoming a drag. It looks like there's no super quick / easy way to get it done.

I should probably be focusing on getting CP to 690 instead of making new toons. But I like having combos of different classes and races to play with.
