Can't Log In to the PTS

I can't log in to any character on the PTS. Each one kicks me back to the log in screen with an error about my internet connection.

I'm having a similar issue. When I select a character I get stuck in an eternal load screen. There r no add-ons in my pts folder either.

I was on earlier for a few hours, then it logged me out and says I don't have a valid internet connection. But I am able to log into the regular live game.

Several players have reported problems with players that were logged out in their houses.

It's definitely not isolated to being logged out from a house, or an instance.

I have 11. 2 are in a house. 6 in Belkarth. 3 in Eldenroot. Can not log in with any.

I just ran a repair on the PTS and it didn't change anything. Kicked back to log in screen when trying to log into any character.

Yea we had the same issues when it went live earlier today, then we all could play. Now the issue has started back. That post was started right after it went live today.

I'm having the same issue.

Any of my characters below 50 are unaffected, any character at 50 I can't log in to.

I am also having the same problem...I can't log in to any character on the PTS. Each one kicks me back to the log in screen with an error about my internet connection. I changed my account name a couple of months ago and got a new hard drive. I had to download the PTS tonight and now I cant get into it. When I log in, it takes me to my NA character list but wont let me log in to any of them.

Same. Got in originally on a newly created character...wanted goodies to test on my main. When I went to flip to her, got the internet msg, but my net is fine. Tried twice, now will go play Skyrim and hope for a fix in the morning/afternoon.

Yeah I wanted to just see some stuff before going to bed and I cannot log onto any of my toons. Not even the ones below Level 50.

I received an email invite to log into the PTS for Summerset so I am trying to do so and it says cannot identify this IP address. Keep getting new access codes and still get the same message. What good is an invite if it's this difficult to log into the PTS? Any ideas?

Similar type of issue try to log in and tells me new ip address enter code from email except been waiting for over an hour and no email. Checked junk folder not that they have ever gone there before, and its the same email address. Funny thing is I can log into the live game just not the pts.
