The emperor title was diluted a long time ago.
Besides just as much swapping goes on by agreement on the busy campaigns.
The whole emperor achievement needs revamped.5 -

No, I disagree with selling the costume those of us who got it legitimately deserve to have something special, they already took away our buffs a long time ago.remove emperor achievement and skill line, drama more OP than the buffs... costume should be from crown crates...

✭✭✭✭✭I think the emp buff (not as powerful as it is now) should only be faction wide and not specific to the player. No title no super powers, just a temporary title for as long as you can hold it. Ik, the RPers in this game are super thirsty for PVP furnishings. It would be a great way to make money for PVPers. I just want people to get emp honestly. And really, only PVPers. Not PVEers and RPers who want a 'shiney dye' or 'super fancy throne'. Though I can see the costume, it looks awesome.

at this point, obtaining emperor "legitimately" is up to heavy debate and completely subjective. Yes there are some that "earned" the achievement through traditional methods. then there are those that "earned" it in terms of satisfying the achievement requirements. if you know what i mean.
its all just kinda sad.
I think a lot of us came into ESO thinking emperor was supposed to mean a great deal. but at the end of the day, the message is clear: "it's just a game people. move along. move along"RickterESO
