Cannot complete Main Quest

Main Quest: Talk to Abnur Tharn. I cannot complete this quest: I cannot beat Mannimarco. Therefore, I have already died 10-times. So, how do I get out of the quest and get back to Daggerfall? Otherwise, it is game over for me. I will lose everything. There is no way to transfer my stuff....stuff that purchased with real money..... to a different character. I am screwed. Please help, thank you?!?

What do you mean you can't beat him? You best him and it bugs out or you just can't?

You need to stay inside the circle platform, otherwise it is instant death.

Done it on 4 chars and really don't remember dying. He's really easy. Not like some kind of Doshia in Beta.

You just abandon quest and it should port you back to the cave, or you could just open the map and port yourself to a wayshrine, before actually starting the battle of course. Not sure how you're having problems here, by the time you meet Mannimarco, you should be leveled up and geared up enough to take him. Yes the ghosts he sends after you are a little annoying but shouldn't stop you from beating him. We need your level, class, skills, stats, and your gear set up, then people should be able to help you better.

Thanks. I got out by closing out of the game. Still, it was the excuse that I was looking for to create a new character; and so I did. Now I am like my new character. Plus, I now know how to setup my two bars for a Breton Magicka Sorceress.
