I look at the expansion the DLC that was almost on top of the expansion, now the announcement of Clockwork city.
Honestly the complaints at this point are idiotic at worst and laughable at least.
Comparably ESO has a stupid amount of content of games of the same age, instead of wanting it to be you constant entertainer 24/7 maybe try different games or invest in something called life.
No they're not. For 40 Euro / $40 Morrowind offers a laughable amount of content.
ESO has much content because the base game has. ZOS added pretty average amounts of content to the game in the last 3 years. Just compare it to the other two big MMOs FFXIV and WoW, they give you so much more for the same price. The recent FFXIV expansion offers three or four times the content of Morrowind for the same price.
Horns of the Reach should have been part of Morrowind. To sell crap like two dungeons as a DLC is the worst (they already did this a year ago with Hist). Morrowind has a very very bad price:content ratio.

Yes and if they added HotR to Morrowind people would whined about that too, or found another complain topic (It's never enough and never good that is the facts of the internet) and don't get me started about FFXIV or WoW killing ten rat quests isn't content and honestly if that's what you want those games aren't closed.
Bottom line content locust will never be happy.

ESO has exactly the same type of quests as FFXIV and WoW. There are as much "Kill XYZ" quests in ESO than in every other MMORPG, the difference is you get them most of the time not by NPCs but automatically when you're doing other quests.
I don't even know why we discuss this. The content of Morrowind is / was laughable compared to the recent expansions of FFXIV, Lotro or WoW. FFXIV doubled its landmass with Stormblood and added two new classes, several dungeons etc. WoW added 5 zones, 9 dungeons, 3 raids, a new class, new weapons etc. for $40. Morrowind added one class, one zone, one trial and battlegrounds. That's nothing in comparison. It did not even have new dungeons, they sold them as a DLC three months later - I don't know how anybody can defend this practice.

Wow....dude if those games are superior to you go play them.
It's laughable that you spend most of your day doing commercials for competitive mmo's.....are there keyword pays involved in this tactic??

Excuse me? I am just pointing out how bad the price:content ratio of Morrowind is. And it is. There's absolutely no way to deny this.

Yeah you've made the point continually in quite a few threads after awhile it just gets added to the drone of the whinehards and really does little to further the conversation of actual improvements that needs to be made.
This is what a WoW expansion looks like. It was around $60, so only 20 bucks more than the Morrowind "chapter".
https://wow.gamepedia.com/World_of_Warcraft:_Legion
Plus, WoW expansions are a continuation of the main story line. All of ESO's additions to the game to date do not even come close to one WoW expansion. I really wish we would start seeing real expansions in ESO.

IF you want to compare WOW:Legion to ESO:Morrowind, at least have the correct price. Calculating from WOW:WoD (21 months) to Legion you basically paid 312$ for that. (Edit: Yes, you can spend more than 60 seconds with that calculation, but hopefully you get my point.)

You could have just paid the expansion price and one month for ~ $50 and still have 3-4 times the content of Morrowind.

Yes, in a subscription based game, where the game is not mostly financed by the addon price. And then you play for one month and then wait for content for another two years? I'm not sure if that's how i wanted to play an MMO.
Just to add: if we want to compare how much content is added i would want to compare the same time span.., if we want to compare prices not taking into account subscription is just silly..

You are incredibly naive if you think progressive forum discussions will lead to development structure changes. Unless of course you are referring to creating enough of an influence for people to vote with their wallets, in which case i would posit that those who voice there reasons why they feel chapter structure is nonsense are just as much contributing.
Obviously the forum community is only a small representation of the actual player base and ultimately has little bearing on change despite popular belief. Striving for a forwarding discussion for change on the forums is just as much nonsense as making threads complaining about it, at least the complaint threads MIGHT convince a few people to not buy into chapters in the future which, given enough traction, is the only "voice" the developers cant afford to ignore.
Next chapter must include :
1. Minimum 2 zones, Orsinium like
2. Minimum 2 dungeons ( please ZOS , stop doing DLC dungeons...include them in zone DLCs ! )
3. 2 trials
4. More battlegrounds and the possibility to choose which type of them we want to play.
This will worth 40 EURO for a chapter
Also, starting with 2018, I hope no more tiny DLCs to see like Thieves Guild or Dark Brotherhood.
English is not my native language.
My gripe with morrowind is that all content that was added (non trial) is so easy. I still haevnt done all content on the island because it's boring. The delves and public dungeons are beautiful the best ones in the game outside craglorne. But it's no fun running in and killing everything in half a rotation.
I just went back to craglorne on my new main pve char and that zone is just the best designed one in all of eso still. It was even better before in 2014 when it was released when difficulty was on a good lvl. But even now the quest line is super and the dungeons look great and difficulty is on a good lvl for newer players.
Edit: I forgot what I wanted to say that's relevant to the topic is that I want the next chapter to be more like craglorne. But with the morrowind amount of rewards costumes, personality, motifs and pets.
