5 Spell Power Cure + 5 Worm Cult / Healing Mage (aka Mending) / Sanctuary / Twilight Remedy depending on content and what the other healer is running. Either one mismatched monster set that gives some useful bonuses or powered/infused Master healing front bar and charged lightning backbar for off-balance. I have SPC staves so I can run a heavy Kena for more health and a bit of spell damage and only change jewels and a couple of small pieces from other sets.
The new sets from HotR dungeons are quite bad, especially the healer one which is downright terrible.

Basically this ^^^^. For 4 man, at least most of them, it does not matter. But for trials no monster set is preferred.
Those monster sets are terrible. Did you see the cool down on it? It's clear that spc and worm will be bis forever... or at least through the next patch.

For 4 man actually you don't need a dedicated healer, just a DD off-healer. In some of those dungeons it's actually better if the healer can output some passable DPS himself if individual DPS checks are involved (ex. vWGT planar inhibitor and vDSA round 7). So if you pack something like 5 Law of Julianos + 5 from of the sets mentioned above nobody would blink an eye as long as things went smoothly. Gear is only constrained if you are doing trials in this game, and that's the case not only for healer but for tank (Torug, Alkosh, Ebon) and even DD (NMG, Sunderflame, Morag Tong). From this perspective BiS only matters for 12 man content.
