    Yes, but it's extremely rare and I believe it's v14 aka cp140.

    It exists, but only as necklace.
    If i remember correctly its mostly blue quality too, except for a few lucky people who got it from campagin rewards. The level is actually v16 though.

    You can find robust non bound cp160 jewelery.

    Good luck finding someone (who knows what they have) willing to sell a purp one for less than a few mil. And if you happen across a blue one, you're probably better off just running a purp or gold healthy piece.
