The Original ESO--The Explorer Pack--- that I just purchased is Missing

A couple of days ago I purchased Morrowind. Then yesterday I decided to purchase the original game---The Explorer Pack. I installed the 4 discs a while ago and all I have is just Morrowind. Why did I waste money purchasing the original game---a game that I beta tested in 2014. I don't get it? Can someone please explain? Thank you.

✭If you bought Morrowind (not the Morrowind upgrade) that includes the base game too. So no reason to buy the base game. Unless you want a second account.
The Explorer's Pack codes seem to have expired. I had a talk with the help desk and they kept insisting that old codes from old game packs were expired and they wouldn't honour it anymore. It was a bit sad

✭✭✭✭✭So you didn't have the game at all before purchasing Morrowind? I didn't even know you were able to play Morrowind without the Base Game. The only two options people had were buying the Base Game + Morrowind bundle, or the Morrowind Digital Upgrade to the Base Game. I'm going to assume you bought the more expensive bundle, which included the Base Game.
And the Explorer's Pack is what I recall just the "Any Race, Any Alliance" upgrade. You can buy that in the Crown Store in-game I believe.

can confirm, i even put up a fight explaining how theres no expiration date on the paper it's written on.PLEASE REPLY TO ME WITH @dsalter otherwise i'm likely to miss the reply if its not my own thread
