So I continue to have an issue, not specific to location. When I have a bounty and am caught by the guards I am able to use [clemency]. Post use, if I am caught by a second guard I am immediately frozen in place and may not break free. I am subsequently killed and re spawn. But even after spawning, I am unable to move nor make any efforts to recall. I ultimately have to dashboard and reload the game. Does anyone else have this issue?

SilentSilvertongueSoul ShrivenMyrddin, have you also been having the issue with your reward loot containers being empty (and freezing your screen) since the Guard issue started? Both started the same time for me.0

Since I started playing a few months ago, I've been having this problem pop up when a guard catches me when I have a bounty. About 75-80% of the time when they come up to me, they will start a conversation, but then move straight to combat as though I chose the "flee" option. Not only did I not choose that option, I never got the chance as no dialogue showed up at all. Worst of all I'm still stuck in conversation mode, and nothing gets me out of it. Not Alt, not escape, not resetting the UI, nothing. My character has no choice but to stand there doing nothing while the guard beats them to death. Afterwards, when I try to revive, the screen is still locked up, and all I can do is log out/quit the game to get it to reset. Sometimes after I revive I find they took all my stolen items but left me with my bounty intact, though this is not consistent.

Ha ha.. I saw this comment on Argonians coming for a mile.
Anyways.. oh man. I haven't experience this issue, but definitely bad bug here and needs a fix. However, it will surely be a good while if ZOS/dev gets it on their radar, as any other bug issues/posts.1 -
SilentSilvertongueSoul ShrivenYeah, I chose the Arg before I knew the mechanics of ESO. I had always played Arg Shadow Scale type in previous ES games. Too bad you can't swim underwater like previous editions have allowed but that's an oh well issue for me.0
