Download progress lost

Hello

I searching a bit about this on the forum but didn't found any recent tread about it.
I already once downloaded TES on my old potato laptop but i couldn't really enjoy it, now i wanted to try it out with my new high laptop.
I knew the download was big so i bought a bigger internet usage on my provider. The download reached 40% before my provider give me a notifications( those pop up to inform me that I used 25/50/75% of all internet ) and the connection was stopped for a minute till i confirm i was aware of my use. I try the continue the download while i had internet but it didn't pick up the where the progress stopped, it just did nothing. So i restarted the launcher. And i see that all my progress of 40% is lost, there is no shortcut or anything of it. It didn't pick up where it left off instead it started to download it from the beginning again. Is it possible to make a download save, to maintain your progress?
I already wrote a message/ticket to the support and send them my device report with it.

Do you still have the game on your old laptop? Do you have a USB Drive large enough to copy the game? (64GB to 128GB depending on if you have the DLCs or not) OR, can you pull the drive from your old laptop and put it into an external drive enclosure? Drive enclosures are pretty cheap, like $20, just make sure it can dock a 2.5" drive that laptops use.

Or, if you can network your two Laptops, you can avoid the whole drive drivel and just use a network cable.

Because, you can just copy the game, do a couple of things with the launcher and not download the game again

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

No, I deleted it, and anything else on it to gave my old laptop to someone else.
I guess I have to buy a bigger internet usage and putt all my provider notifications off the next time I download it.
