I don't think Soul Assault can be bashed. I've never seen Jabs be bashed. Flurry might be bashable but it only lasts for about .6 seconds so good luck bashing it

Yeah I think flurry is technically a dot, which is odd.
I think only the magicka versions can get bashed - stamina versions (or anything that would still work in a negate field) and ultimstes are unbashable ... but I want some confirmation

I honestly wish there were more bashing as counterplay in ESO, it feels very rewarding when you do it and makes combat more dynamic.
Edit: IMO bashing should NOT deal damage (unless modified by a proc set, etc). We need to remove the incentive to bash-cancel animations.

Why? It seems a perfect counter to it. I love it when Templars use Jesus Beam while in melee range, just bash them out of it. Have had several people in cyro do it to me and kept trying to do it, even bashed some of them to death cause it was all they tried to do.

Snipe is definitely bashable. I also get so forkin' salty when my Snipes get interrupted by Sorcs who spam Crushing Shock at me haha. Only in ESO man with its bass-ackwards design does the mage archetype have interrupt advantage over fighters...

Haha, some real noobs out there for sure. But surely you know what I'm getting at with bash-cancelling things like Executioner and Steel Tornado... It makes for some trashy looking combat.

@paulsimonps watch people like jackdaniell/kristofer play, or Fengrush on his Warden lately. You can get an extra 1-2k damage on top of every cast of most instant abilities with a bash cancel. Additionally, there is some weirdness with bash and swap cancelling that often lets abilities that are usually dodgeable ignore dodgeroll (not reliable). And like I said, it makes combat look like cheap low-budget garbage.

So its more about animation canceling and not bashing to interrupt you have a problem with.
