Maelstorm and Dragon star arena rewards. I.E. master and mealstorm weapons.

Just wondering if anyone else feels maelstrom and master weapons should be awarded for normal completion of the trials. I.E. make then to players level up to CP level150 for normal and and the CP 160 still only awarded for vet completion. This would allow low level players to have their builds for PVP and making it an even playing field in the battlegrounds and cyrodill. Would like to see everyone opinion on the subject.

A well traited CP 160 golden weapon would be better than a gold CP 150 Maelstrom weapon, good trait or not. Sometimes maelstrom doesn't give the best results.1 -

✭I wouldn't want normal to give maelstrom weapons. It's nice to have some things that are rare and special, especially for single player content. vMA is the only solo content that rewards the player with something better than group content (and even that is only true for a select few weapons and use cases).0 -

✭It could... If it was cp150 and only came in training, and was a chance to drop not a guarantee. IMO that's what they could do with all the monster sets as well. If you are at the place that you can only beat normal and not vet for any content. Then you should be running training to get more CP/levels so that the content becomes easier. IMO you shouldn't just auto get BIS of anything on easy mode.0 -

SoLooney✭✭✭✭✭with how much cp and the power creep has been going, vet maelstrom really isnt that bad. yea, its a learning curve for sure but not unattainable by any means. and people forget sigils exist. if its your first time, you shouldnt worry about score, so take all the sigils you need on rounds you cant beat.
on topic, no, maelstrom weps should not drop at all on normal, even if its cp 150. its so easy, slot one skill and play naked and you can still faceroll it0 -
