Minimum Stats for DPS?

Instead of min-maxing, I'm looking at building a DPS off of dimishing returns. Thus balancing some things out that would be missed by min-maxing. I'm wanting to be efficient for dungeons, but also for other stuff as well.

So back to my question; What are the minimum stats for a (competent, good, and useful) DPS? (In your opinion of course)

What class do you play and which playstyle are you after, melee, ranged, magic or stamina? Some magic builds are efficient at pretty much any playstyle, some particular stamina builds are efficient as well.

You should pull 15k-25k dps for vet dungs and over 30k dps for vet trials.
I used to be an adventurer like you. Then I took an arrow to the knee.

Depends on what contend you are looking for.
    I'd say...

    - for vet dungeons ~20k
    - for vet trials and no death/hm/timeruns in dungeons ~30k
    - for hm and scoreruns in trials ~40k

Singletarget that is. Of course this also heavily depends on the group, but you can usually assume that you have better buffs in harder contend if your group is on the necessary skilllevel.
