✭✭✭✭✭They're pretty well balanced at the moment. Most people use a dropped armor set for their jewelry because you can't craft jewelry.
It just depends on your playstyle and what fills the holes your character has

✭✭✭✭✭depends also on what sets you want to use, some sets are highly random or (purple) jewlery is hard to come by so combining them with a crafted set might be easier if you don't like grinding... besides that i think the set combo depends sooo much on your character that i think your logic needs to be
what do i play - class, stam/magicka, role etc...
which set support that specific character the best
are these set combos crafted or grinded
