PS4 .Hotr Minor Toughness Broken

Yet again after major patch we have MAJOR bugs and probably we will have to wait 1 month till fixes. Not to mention the 3 crashes in the new dungeons .
Warden have lost his best tanking (PvP) passive , it just doesnt work 90% of the time .

This is the warhorn buff , that provides 10% max health , in numbers ur max health goes up but you cant heal it , see how my health sits on 92-95% constantly .

The video explains nothing, also health desync is a really common thing in Cyro.
