here you go, fixed it for you:
5pc Spider Cultists + 5pc Netch's Touch + 1pc Kena
PvP is not nearly as clear cut as PvE. Various players will have lower or higher spell mitigarion. Light armor targets may have as little as 11k, while Heavy armor targets could have up to 30k. Spinner's is one of the strongest boosts to dps you can get assuming 2 things are true:
1. You are not over-penetrating the target
2. The target does not have a damage shield up.
If either of those two conditions are false, Spinner's will be giving you no benefit at all.
Just to clarify. This was for DW MagSorc in PVP, not PVE

But to answer question yes spinner is good but i wouldnt go DW.

And just out of interest by the way, what skills would you use for 5pc Spider Cultists + 5pc Netch's Touch + 1pc Kena in PVE?

I am well aware of that. I have always played a different build and wanted to try out something very different. I am solid on trying DW, so would be helpful if you would have any suggestions)
