Noooo... alt-paralysis

Want to catch up on my original character.
Or on one of a few early alts.
Not my most achieved character at the moment.
Or maybe one of a couple of characters made when Morrowind dropped.

Been too busy for a lot of play time over the past year and for the foreseeable future, so it's been hard to commit to getting anywhere with a single character. But alt-hopping too much can lead to frustration.

Have you ever had trouble with alt-paralysis?

Yes, thus why they do not have enough skill points to be any good..... :'( I try to stick to my main... easy said than done.

I got 12 characters all full leveled with undaunted 9 all gold bis gear

Let me tell you i been grinding my butt off in this game and il tell you this. It is worth it.

It keeps the game so fresh when you are getting bored if playing same toon.

I hop on some alts and think, I need to change this gear out or respec my morphs or do this quest or zone or whatever, only I put it off as I had a pressing need to lot to that alt. Then the next time I log, I go through the same thought process. Then I wonder why I never get anything done.

If you have lots of alts then you have to set priories and goals for them. Pick something for each alt to do.

Unless you have an insane amount of free time or have the mental endurance for endless grinding you wont be able to do everything with all of your alts.

I have 14 alts so I choose something for each of them to do. One is doing Wrothgar, another is doing the dark brotherhood, one is my thieving character, I have a tank that just does undaunted pledges and a healer as well. I have two alts in morrowwind right now.

I do not try to get the mage guild on all of my characters, I do not try to get undaunted maxed for all.
I put the quest filter on so that I only do quests that reward skill points or complete cadwell. There is no way I am doing to do every quest in every zone.

That was my original thought/plan as well, which is why I have 5-6 characters with all basic zones done and so on, but that's when I had more time to play so I could spend 2-6 weeks on one character, then swap for 2-6 weeks, etc. Now, it's more like, "Well, I haven't been on much so which one should I pick today?"

I completely understand this. 2 years ago, my main character become Veteran Rank 1. Currently I have 86 champions points and 5 or 6 sub-50 alts. I also keep deleting and remaking alts whenever I get new ideas.
